At Valizzia, we are committed to your satisfaction and to the quality of our timeless, elegant watches. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns and refund policy. Please find the details below:
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges & Replacements
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at info@valizzia.com with photos and details of the issue, and we will arrange the replacement accordingly.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an order error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@valizzia.com, including photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Valizzia Warranty
All Valizzia products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with applicable European Union regulations.
In addition, Valizzia offers an additional 6-month commercial warranty, covering potential manufacturing defects from the date the order is received.
During the first 30 days, customers may request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
After this period, and within the applicable warranty timeframe, customers may request:

Repair of the product, or

Replacement with an equivalent watch, subject to availability
Refunds will only be issued in cases of duly verified manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, impact, misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper handling, or lack of appropriate maintenance.
